When viewing a multiple alignment in the Alignment Results tab, any read in the multiple alignment can be selected in order to display its flowgram. Select the desired read, and right-click on any base in the read of interest to open a contextual menu that contains a single item (“Get flowgram:..”; Figure 67). Selecting that item will display the flowgram for this read in the Flowgrams tab (Figure 70). For additional information about using the Flowgrams Tab, see section 4.14.
