After a successful mapping, the data for the various columns of the reads in the GS reads and FASTA and FASTQ reads sub-tabs will be updated (Figure 60). Placing the mouse pointer over any cell in the table brings up a tool tip with additional information about that item. A successful mapping also updates data in the Overview tab. Project information is also saved when the computation completes.
