When at least one Read Data file and one Reference file have been added to the project and all parameters are within acceptable limits, the Start button becomes enabled and the “Ready for analysis” message appears in the upper right corner of the application window (see Figure 58). The projects parameter settings are also saved when the Start button is clicked. Click the Start button to save the project parameter settings and carry out the mapping computation of the current project, i.e. as defined in the Project and Parameters tabs. As the computation progresses, the Start button is disabled, periodic progress messages appear in the progress box, at the bottom of the application’s main window, and the current stage of the mapping computation along with a progress bar are displayed in the upper right corner of the window. When the mapping computation is complete, the Start button is re-enabled and the message “Ready for analysis” appears again in the upper right corner of the application window.
