cDNA Project Input Sub-Tab

The cDNA Assembly project parameters on the Input sub-tab are the same as those of Genomic Assembly projects (Section 1.7.1) with the exceptions noted below.

•	cDNA Assembly projects do not have checkboxes for Large or Complex Genome or Heterozygotic Mode, or a text field for entering Expected Depth, as these are not relevant to cDNA projects (Figure 15).
